The Stupid Gamer

The chart below was taken from a recent article posted at Edge Online that talks about the financial performance of the industry’s top publishers. Taking a look at things, it’s easy to see why Nintendo gave us the conference they did at E3…that strategy is working. Anyway, most of Sony’s losses are due to the fact that the PS3 has been a major money pit, but I’m sure things have to be on the upswing. Note: Numbers are in millions, so Sony posted a $1.255 billion loss, while Konami posted a $356 million profit.
