I have to be one of the world's pickiest gamers--I don't get excited for a lot of games, but a select few fill me with genuine pride for the art of game design (for example... Psychonauts, Earthbound, Indigo Prophecy.) I can, with only one reservation, add MGS4 to that list. Unless you've played the games before it, playing the new Metal Gear Solid is like watching an incredible film in a foreign language. That's the danger of having a long-running series with such a detailed storyline, and it's both a blessing and a curse. I hope people who are unfamiliar with the previous games will give them a shot before passing judgment on the final chapter, but for those who know the series well, Guns of the Patriots is a true masterpiece.

Dude you are just at the tip of the iceberg. This game will rape your mind more and more as it progresses. Its like an exponential growth of awe and emotion you will feel. I hope i didnt spoil anything but i just needed to express all the emotions I felt when i beat the game last night.
